Nothing much to tell.  No doctor appointments this week ~ just errands and housework ~ that sort of thing.

A week ago Buck was sick with a virus.  By Sunday, I was sick with a virus.  Today is Friday and I think we are both well.  He has been working on the dog’s house (so much for my green house, right?). Tomorrow we are going to a soccer match.  Hopefully he will be in a good mood and we can have a good day. 

Friday the 13th ~ Buck watches the news nonstop.  I don’t want to hear it.  He picked up a virus somewhere.  Last night his temperature got up to 100 and when he wasn’t asleep ~ he was sitting on the toilet.  Today he ate very little and announced he lost five pounds ~ yea him!

 Saw the urologist yesterday.  No cancer.

Now there is a war in Israel.  I’m scared because I know America is not safe any more.  

Had a visit with orthopedic doctor for Buck’s knee.  He got a shot that sent his sugar number to almost 300, he can’t sleep, and he is jittery.  Hope he never gets another one of those.

We have an appointment on Tuesday to hear from the MRI.  Hoping for a good report.  I know he is worried.  I pray for patience and strength.

Today was a bit of a rough one.  Buck is crabby most of the time now.  We are waiting for his test results and he isn’t a good waiter.   Don’t remember all of this concern when I had a little scare a few years back and had to go to the cancer center ALONE.  Something about my red cells being too low or white cells too high??? It was fine but I went ALONE.

Different doctor today for Buck ~ rheumatologist in Mountain Brook (Birmingham).  Things were good there ~ go back in April.  I do most of the driving these days and most of the time it’s fine.  Today Buck was in fine form ~ pointing out all of my mistakes.  Turning on the GPS on his phone DRIVES ME BATTY!  I know if I complain he will get mad so I don’t… but if you aren’t going to drive ~ SHUT UP!

No word from Dr. McCool today so I’m pushing to call tomorrow.  

It’s after 10 on Sunday evening and I’m about to go to bed.  Buck wanted to have it announced at church this morning that he is going through this health scare.  Prayers are appreciated.  I pray for a call from his doctor in the next couple of days and for the strength to face whatever he tells us.
